Easton Select Group, a Massachusetts-based pool and backyard leisure products company, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full end-to-end recruiting and pre-hire processes. You will partner with hiring managers, manage high-volume seasonal cycles (March–May), and support career fairs, school partnerships, and apprenticeship recruiting.

This role emphasizes candidate experience, process efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration with HR and operations in a hybrid in-office setting

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (or equivalent).
• 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (high-volume preferred).
• Experience managing candidates through full-cycle recruitment and pre-hire process.
• 2+ years’ experience with applicant tracking systems; ADP preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage the recruitment process from requisition intake through pre-hire completion.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, requirements, and timelines.
• Review and manage approved requisitions; ensure job postings reflect requirements.
• Source candidates via job boards, networks, schools, events, and other pipelines.
• Screen candidates and assess against job requirements; maintain timely follow-up.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews; manage logistics and candidate understanding of process.
• Gather feedback and facilitate communication between candidates and managers.
• Maintain accurate and confidential ATS records.
