Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions.
• Experience with proactive sourcing and passive candidate recruitment.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, or comparable platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions from requisition intake through candidate selection, offer, and onboarding.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Conduct proactive sourcing and outreach through multiple recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in Paylocity and ATS/HRIS.
• Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve processes.
• Represent the Foundation professionally at career fairs and events.
