• Minimum three years of heavy full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., Workforce, ADP).
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead heavy full-cycle recruiting for 25–60 open requisitions across departments.
• Partner with hiring managers on hiring plans and sourcing strategies.
• Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage pipelines.
• Prepare offers and ensure a smooth, compliant hiring process.
• Oversee Federal and State background check processes, including licenses and clearances.
• Train managers on the ATS and identify process improvements.
• Support onboarding workflows and report recruitment metrics.
