Job summary

The Bay Family of Companies is seeking a Recruiter to support the HR Manager and manage full-cycle recruiting across high-volume searches. You will maintain careers pages, screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and partner with managers to define needs and selection criteria while actively sourcing candidates through diverse channels.

You will build relationships with community organizations, participate in job fairs, and ensure onboarding information is ready for day one.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• Spanish bi-lingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the company careers page and external job advertisements.
• Refer qualified candidates to Hiring Managers for onsite interviews.
• Partner with HR Manager and Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs and selection criteria.
• Develop knowledge of the Company, culture, benefits, products, and services to attract talent.
• Network to source candidates and perform proactive outreach.
• Own full cycle of recruiting including screening resumes and phone interviews.
• Advise managers on candidate suitability to improve retention.
• Build relationships with community organizations and participate in job fairs.
• Manage high-volume hiring needs and track candidates through the process.
• Provide onboarding information and documentation up to first day of employment.
• Create and maintain offer letters and other recruitment documents.
• Maintain regular documentation of interviews and communications.
• Other duties as assigned.
