Responsibilities include maintaining careers pages, sourcing candidates, and leveraging ATS and social networks. The role emphasizes rapid screening, strong communication, and diverse talent strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience required.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Must be tech savvy and familiar with Windows-based programs/applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the company careers page and external job advertisements.
• Refer qualified candidates to Hiring Managers for onsite interviews.
• Partner with HR Manager and Hiring Managers to determine hiring needs and selection criteria.
• Develop knowledge of the Company, its culture, benefits, products, and services to effectively market the opportunities.
• Networking to source candidates and conduct phone screening and proactive sourcing.
