Job summary

Brooks Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage full cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles in a hybrid Jacksonville, FL setting. You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers, partnering with hiring managers to define the ideal candidate profile and ensure a strong candidate experience.

The role supports multiple locations, requires 3+ years in recruitment (healthcare preferred), and relies on CRM/ATS tools, strong communication, and excellent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum of three years recruitment experience; healthcare setting preferred.
• Experience with full life-cycle recruitment for multiple roles.
• Familiarity with employment laws.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and CRM.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute full cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define the position and ideal candidate profile.
• Actively identify, recruit and engage candidates and perform outbound sourcing efforts to fill positions promptly.
• Review candidate experience, education, training and other qualifications against the profile.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience and maintain relationships for a robust talent funnel.
• Oversee candidate screening and interview scheduling.
• Represent the employer brand in recruitment efforts.
• Recruit for multiple locations across the system.
• Coordinate with managers to meet recruitment needs.
• Attend job fairs and recruitment events as needed.
