• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2 years of professional recruiting experience, OR
• Proven track record as a BayCare Talent Acquisition Recruiter Associate with demonstrated competency to take on full-cycle recruitment, OR
• High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of recruiting experience.

• The Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for full-cycle recruitment for a variety of exempt and non-exempt positions, including administrative, technical, clerical, professional, and clinical roles.
• This position partners closely with assigned hiring managers throughout the recruitment process and works collaboratively with the Talent Acquisition team to provide quality staffing support.
