You will partner with hiring leaders to align workforce plans with organizational goals, while maintaining a focus on candidate experience, diversity, and timely hires.

Qualifications

• Experience in full-cycle recruitment in healthcare settings.
• Proficient with electronic ATS/CRM systems and sourcing techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles.
• Source and screen candidates, verify qualifications and licensure.
• Coordinate interviews and support hiring decisions.
