Job summary

Community Health Centers in Florida is seeking an HR Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across clinical, nonclinical, and provider roles. You will partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to assess staffing needs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers.

The role maintains recruitment records, supports reporting and compliance, and helps build diverse talent pipelines through partnerships, events, and employer branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field; or 3+ years in HR/recruitment.
• Healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
• HR certification preferred.
• Able to work flexible hours and travel to CHC locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and craft interview questions.
• Coordinate interviews, debriefs, and candidate offers within approved compensation.
• Build talent pipelines through outreach, partnerships, and community events.
• Maintain recruitment records, reporting, and compliance with CHC policies.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
