• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Engineering/Manufacturing/Construction/Precast recruiting experience preferred.
• Use of ATS preferred.
• Familiarity with E-Verify preferred.
• Social media marketing/tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and fill open positions using job boards, social networks, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone screens and on-site interviews.
• Coordinate with leadership to align recruiting with business goals.
• Administer background and drug screening; conduct new-hire orientation.
