Clark Pacific is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruiting for engineers, project managers and union labor roles. You will drive sourcing, screening and interviewing activities, coordinating with leadership to meet hiring goals and maintain a strong candidate experience.

The role requires 3–5 years in recruiting, a BS degree, and experience with ATS and social recruiting. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• BS degree or related experience.
• Talent acquisition in Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction and/or Precast preferred.
• Use of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred.
• Social media platforms such as Facebook Blueprint, Instagram, MailChimp, Constant Contact are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and fill open positions using job boards, social networks and internal tools.
• Conduct phone screens and skills assessments to evaluate candidates.
• Coordinate and host on-site interviews, job fairs and information sessions.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop targeted recruiting campaigns.
• Administer background and drug screening paperwork and document results.
• Report daily on recruiting activities, challenges and strategies.
