Rosendin Electric, Inc. in Sterling, VA is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-life cycle recruitment for regular, temporary, full-time, and part-time roles across the company.

You will partner with leaders, build pipelines, manage postings and events, and support immigration processes. The role requires a degree in HR or related field, 3+ years of recruitment, and experience with HRIS/ATS (Taleo preferred). Rosendin offers ESOP, 401K, annual bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• HR certifications such as PHR or SHRM-CP are a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience with an HRIS and ATS database; Taleo preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-life cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute recruiting programs and strategies to fill openings.
• Build relationships with leadership and act as recruiting partner throughout process.
• Network actively and leverage passive candidate networks.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain privacy.
