Rosendin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-life cycle recruitment for regular and flexible staffing. You will source, assess, and offer stage candidates while building strong partnerships with leadership and vendors.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in recruitment, HRIS/ATS experience (Taleo preferred), and a proactive, discreet approach in a growing employee-owned firm that values ownership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS databases, Taleo preferred.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-life cycle recruitment for multiple staffing types.
• Develop and execute recruiting programs and pipelines.
• Build relationships with leadership and stakeholders.
• Network and source passive candidates across markets.
• Handle confidential HR information and immigration processes.
