The Construction Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full life-cycle recruitment for regular, temporary, and full-time construction professionals, focusing on non-field roles such as project management, estimating, safety and support. Up to 20% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required, HR or business focus preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• HR certifications (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience with an HRIS and ATS; Taleo preferred.
• Combination of training, education, and relevant work experience considered equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment for non-field construction roles from sourcing to offer.
• Develop and execute recruiting programs to fill openings and build pipelines.
• Build relationships with leadership and partner through all stages of recruitment.
• Network proactively and reach passive candidates across markets.
