ClareMedica Health Partners, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner in Miami to own the full recruitment lifecycle—from creative job marketing and sourcing to interviewing and offers. The role requires proactive sourcing, strategic thinking, and the ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers.

You will drive recruitment metrics, coordinate testing and onboarding, and help craft competitive job descriptions in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred.
• Working knowledge of Paylocity preferred.
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in English; bilingual a plus.
• Ability to manage high-volume recruitment and develop compelling job advertisements.

Responsibilities

• Lead full recruitment lifecycle: job marketing, sourcing, interviewing and offers.
• Manage requisitions and candidate tracking; recommend system improvements.
• Drive recruitment strategy to meet TA metrics and coordinate interviews; assess candidates.
• Coordinate pre-employment testing and reference checks during offer stage.
• Consult hiring managers on salary recommendations and facilitate New Hire Orientation.
• Build relationships with hiring managers; understand priorities and recruiting challenges.
• Educate managers on trends, metrics, interviewing, and onboarding best practices.
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent and diverse pipelines.
