Job summary

Nationwide Children’s Hospital is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full‑cycle recruiting across assigned workload. You will identify, engage, assess and hire talent in partnership with hiring leaders to meet organizational needs.

Requirements include at least two years in onboarding or talent acquisition, healthcare HR exposure, and Workday familiarity. The role offers a hybrid schedule with on-site days for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Two years of onboarding or talent acquisition experience required.
• Recruiting experience with high-volume, direct hiring preferred.
• Workday experience preferred.
• Healthcare HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Executes full life cycle searches for entry level to manager level positions.
• Develops search strategy, sourcing, pre-screening and interviewing candidates.
• Completes references and assessments and ensures documentation accuracy.
• Supports diversity recruiting and networks with external groups to build a candidate pool.
• Plans and executes internal and external, in-person and virtual hiring events.
• Proactively sources candidates using multiple channels including social media and job boards.
