Job summary

Empath Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruitment across clinical and non-clinical roles. This remote role is based in Florida with occasional travel to support career fairs and events throughout the state.

You will partner with hiring leaders, source and screen candidates, and build strong pipelines using creative sourcing methods. The role demands healthcare recruiting experience and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting in healthcare.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate experience.
• Knowledge of ATS (Workday preferred).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building.
• Ability to work remotely with a virtual team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for healthcare roles with a strong candidate experience.
• Build pipelines of healthcare professionals via social media, networking, and community outreach.
• Coordinate career fairs and events across Florida.
• Collaborate with HR and leadership to drive an efficient hiring process.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to meet goals.
