ClareMedica Health Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner in Miami to own the full recruitment lifecycle. You will craft job descriptions, source candidates, interview, extend offers, and guide onboarding while partnering with hiring managers to meet business priorities.

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner at ClareMedica will own the talent acquisition process and strategy. This position requires expert organizational skills, a go-getter mentality, and the ability to multitask in a high-volume recruiting environment. This position requires a true "source" who can quickly find qualified candidates to fill these important roles. The ability to "think outside the box" to find cost-effective ways to attract candidates is an absolute must. The incumbent will be responsible for the full recruitment life cycle, from creative job marketing, sourcing, interviewing and job offers. The individual will be proactive in ensuring that ClareMedica is in a position to have a robust pipeline of talented individuals.
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities
