Divcon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Irving, TX to lead full lifecycle recruiting across Operations, Engineering, and corporate functions. You will partner with hiring managers, manage offers, close candidates, and build sustainable talent pipelines while supporting early career programs.

You will source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and events, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience in a fast-growth

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.
• Experience across Operations, Engineering, and corporate functions.
• Strong sourcing and closing capabilities in a fast-growth environment.
• Interest in early career programs and university partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future workforce needs.
• Lead full lifecycle recruiting, including intake, sourcing, interviews, and offers.
• Manage recruiting for field operations, engineering, technical, project management, and corporate roles.
• Source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, boards, referrals, and events.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for recurring hiring needs.
• Conduct phone screens and assess technical qualifications and fit.
• Support early career recruiting and university partnerships.
• Track activity and pipeline health using ATS and reporting tools.
• Develop diverse sourcing strategies and assist employer branding.
