Job summary

DuraServ is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full recruitment lifecycle for wired roles across multiple regions. You will build pipelines, actively source passive candidates, and partner with hiring managers to move fast and close the right candidates before competitors.

Based on-site in Coppell, TX, you’ll own time-to-fill metrics, manage high-volume requisitions, and represent DuraServ as an employer of choice in competitive markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting commission-based sales professionals.
• Experience recruiting skilled trades, field service, or technical roles preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms; ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Proven ability to manage a high-volume, multi-requisition workload.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles from strategy to offer.
• Build and maintain active talent pipelines before a requisition opens.
• Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor and deliver market feedback.
• Fill roles with urgency and maintain candidate experience across high volumes.
