Job summary

JND Inc. is seeking Recruiters and Talent Acquisition professionals to support mid- to senior-level hiring across multiple business units of a global technology company in the Dallas area.

You will partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and client-facing recruiters to understand requirements and drive targeted search strategies, sourcing hard-to-find and passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM (Workday), referrals, and direct outreach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in recruiting support; 5–10 years for recruiters/sourcers.
• Proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Experience with ATS/CRM (Workday preferred) and referrals programs.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws and recruiting best practices.
• Proven track record of delivering qualified candidates.
• Strong MS Excel and Outlook skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and build candidate search strategies.
• Execute search strategies across channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, CRM, and direct sourcing.
• Screen candidates and present slate reports to hiring leaders.
• Consult on offer construction using compensation tools and market data.
• Drive diversity recruitment and ensure compliant interviewing practices.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate travel; manage onboarding hand-off and documentation.
• Maintain candidate records and postings in the ATS/HRIS; create reports in Excel.
