You will source candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, and manage events like job fairs while maintaining an excellent candidate experience and compliant processes. Competitive compensation and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle, high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience coordinating hiring events or community outreach.
• Experience facilitating training or presenting to groups.
• ATS proficiency; Workday preferred.
• Proficiency with job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter).
• Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Owns full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions from intake to offer.
• Partners with hiring managers to define role requirements and timelines.
• Sources and recruits candidates via Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Maintains ATS updates and candidate records.
• Plans hiring events and community recruitment initiatives.
• Supports new hire orientation and training for managers and new hires.
• Drafts and extends offer letters; assists with negotiations.
• Advises on recruiting best practices and policy.
• Reports recruiting metrics to stakeholders.
• Regularly reports to work on time.
