Qualifications

• 2+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience across diverse functions.
• Experience supporting operations, engineering, corporate, or field roles is a plus.
• Experience with university partnerships and internships is a plus.
• Proven ability to source, engage, and close candidates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and future workforce needs.
• Lead full lifecycle recruiting activities including intake, sourcing, interview coordination, and closing.
• Manage recruiting for field operations, engineering, technical, PM, and corporate roles.
• Source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and events.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring needs.
• Conduct phone screens and assessments to evaluate fit and qualifications.
• Provide market insights and hiring recommendations to managers.
• Drive timely feedback and movement through the process.
• Support internship programs, university partnerships, and emerging talent pipelines.
• Track candidate activity and pipeline health using ATS tools.
