Job summary

OUC - The Reliable One is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full cycle recruitment, including employer branding, sourcing, screening, and onboarding, while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws. The role partners with hiring managers to drive recruiting programs and strategies that attract top talent.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, proficiency with ATS, and AIRS certification within one year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• Three (3) years of recruitment experience, full cycle (required).
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (required).
• Experience with college and technical/vocational recruiting (preferred).
• Experience with talent acquisition metrics and reporting (preferred).
• AIRS Certification required within one year from hire date and maintained thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop, implement, and measure strategic recruitment plans.
• Manage recruitment, selection, and hiring practices ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
• Review, evaluate, and conduct candidate phone screenings and assessments; refer qualified candidates.
• Proactively source passive candidates via social media, groups, and niche boards.
• Maintain a continuous qualified candidate pool using the ATS.
