Matheny Medical and Educational Center is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist to support hiring and early employee integration for assigned positions. Based in Peapack, NJ on an onsite basis, this role manages recruitment through offer acceptance and leads onboarding from the accepted offer through an employee’s first day and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of recruiting or HR experience.
• Experience in hospital/healthcare environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions from requisition through offer acceptance.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates and advise on selection.
• Perform reference checks and coordinate pre-employment requirements.
• Prepare and extend offers in line with compensation guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and monitor metrics.
