Job summary

Summit Medical Group in East Tennessee is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a full-time basis to provide administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle. The role handles interview scheduling, onboarding paperwork, data entry, and logistics to keep recruiters focused on sourcing, candidate engagement, and hiring activities.

The incumbent will maintain HRIS/ATS data, generate reports, coordinate site visits and onboarding, and support events and communications while ensuring

Qualifications

• Healthcare/HR data entry and office work experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and candidate experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS/ATS (UKG preferred).

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications and onboarding documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding paperwork and travel logistics for new hires.
• Maintain data in HRIS and ATS with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and distribute recruitment and onboarding reports.
• Coordinate candidate site visits, events, and workforce development activities.
• Assist with recruitment marketing materials and social media updates.
