Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for Service Center and Shop locations. You will source, screen, interview, and extend offers, while partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.

You will analyze processes, maintain data reports, and build candidate pipelines through diverse channels. This role requires strong communication, organization, and independence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting qualified Mechanics, preferred.
• Excellent communication, both written and spoken.
• Strong relationships and collaboration with hiring managers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; interview techniques and screening methods.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Service Center and Shop roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers.
• Analyze recruiting processes and recommend improvements.
• Own the iCIMS candidate lifecycle for Service Center and Shop requisitions.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines via career centers, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and agencies.
• Plan and facilitate coordination with Managers; conduct on-site interviews when needed.
• Create data reports and metrics to drive hiring improvements.
• Post jobs and recruit interns/trainees with Recruiting team.
