Beacon Hill is seeking a Staffing Consultant in Milwaukee to identify prospective candidates, interview and qualify applicants for temporary and contract roles, and manage the full recruiting cycle from sourcing to placement.

You will build relationships with job seekers, coach them through resumes and interviews, and collaborate with client companies to understand their needs and match them with the right opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and references.
• Proactively cold-call to reach out to candidates and build a pipeline.
• Interview prospective candidates and assess fit.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and review resumes.
• Deliver job offers and manage the offer process.
• Follow up with on-assignment candidates and ensure needs are met.
