Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Staffing Consultant – Agency Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for temporary and contract roles in the local market. You will source, interview, and qualify candidates, building relationships and coaching them through resumes and interview tips.

You will also collaborate with team members to post roles, review client needs, and guide candidates through the offer process while maintaining a high level of activity and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Prep candidates for client interviews, review resumes and client needs.
• Conduct mock interviews and provide post-interview feedback.
