Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group seeks a Staffing Consultant in Houston to identify, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary and contract roles in the local market. You will own the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to placement—engaging candidates via phone, email, and in-person conversations and coaching them through resumes, interviews, and offers.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals and networking.
• Proactively cold call to identify candidates and build a strong pipeline.
• Post jobs on job boards and social channels.
• Interview candidates and prep them for client interviews with guidance.
• Coordinate post-interview feedback and next steps with clients and candidates.
• Provide offers and manage the offer/acceptance process.
• Support candidates on assignments and ensure needs are met.
