Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Staffing Consultant in Milwaukee to manage full-cycle recruiting—from sourcing to placement. You will interview candidates, coach them through resume editing and interview prep, and coordinate with client companies to align candidates with roles.

You’ll engage in proactive outreach, post roles, and maintain strong relationships with job seekers, while meeting daily targets in a collaborative, team-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Identify prospective candidates via job board search tools, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, professional networking.
• Proactive cold calling to identify prospective candidates and build pipeline.
• Post jobs on job boards and interview prospective candidates.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews; review resumes and discuss client needs.
• Support candidates post-interview with next steps and guidance.
• Facilitate job offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
• Engage with candidates on assignment to ensure needs are met and alignment with roles.
