Job summary

Beacon Hill Solutions Group is seeking a Staffing Consultant in the Minneapolis area to source, interview, and qualify candidates for temporary and contract roles within the local market. You will own the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to placement, and coach job seekers through every step of the process.

You will engage candidates by phone, email, and in person, building relationships and driving outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Post jobs on multiple boards and manage candidate pipelines.
• Interview prospective candidates and prepare them for client interviews.
• Review resumes, discuss client needs, and conduct mock interviews.
• Contact candidates after interviews to recap and outline next steps.
• Extend offers and manage the offer process for selected candidates.
• Support assigned candidates and maintain ongoing client relationships.
