Qualifications

• Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, or HR administration is considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential employee information accurately and professionally.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process for various employee groups.
• Coordinate job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Handle background and qualification verification, pre-employment testing, and pre-hire documentation.
• Prepare, issue, and track offers; manage payroll handoff and onboarding support.
• Coordinate new-hire orientations and training, ensure smooth onboarding.
