Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a recruiting coordinator to manage daily meetings with leadership, oversee full lifecycle requisition management in Workday, and keep the candidate and headcount pipelines up to date.

The role emphasizes accountability, timely updates, and coordination with sales and marketing teams. The position requires regular reporting, proactive communication with internal teams, and adherence to vacation and timecard processes, with a strong focus on candidate experience and

Responsibilities

• Be prepared for daily meetings with the Recruiting Manager and/or Recruiter to discuss goals and the candidate pipeline
• Workday– ensure full lifecycle requisition management
• Send an updated recruiting tracking report by EOD every Friday
• Updating current headcounts and upcoming class numbers in Teams on a regular basis
• Hold yourself accountable to the goals set
• Attend 2 sales meetings/ marketing huddles per week
• Regular updates to Referral payouts through attending morning meetings, site newsletters, flyers, etc.
• Weekly Social Media Activity to include likes, shares, posts
• Pre-hire candidate checkin (minimum once a week) with at least one face-to-face meeting before orientation
• Timecard approvals must be completed by the close of the pay period bi-weekly
• Prioritizing “urgent items” –appropriate turnaroundtime to all internal/external customers
• All vacations must berequested & approved by their immediate supervisor at least two weeks in advance.
