Travel + Leisure Co. in New Orleans seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to source candidates, conduct phone screens, and manage interview scheduling. You will assist with reports and applicant flow, and support onboarding and offers with emphasis on a positive candidate experience.

You will contribute to employer branding, participate in events, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Travel, adaptability, and a proactive attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years Sales / Recruiting Coordinator experience preferred.
• Proven strengths in organization, communication and follow-through.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Source passive and active candidates through job boards, events and fairs.
• Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews.
• Maintain recruiting reports with accurate updates.
• Attend recruiting events and represent the Travel + Leisure Co. brand.
• Assist with applicant flow and ATS (Workday) dispositioning.
• Document offers, background checks and onboarding forms.
• Communicate with candidates post-offer to keep engagement.
• Contribute to social media presence and employer branding.
