Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator in New Orleans to source passive and active candidates, conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and support the recruiting lifecycle.

You'll manage applicant flow in Workday ATS, assist with offers and onboarding, and help strengthen our employment brand through social media and events, while representing the brand positively at all times.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years Sales / Recruiting Coordinator experience preferred.
• Strong organization, communication and follow-through.
• Adaptable to change with the ability to build relationships.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Source passive and active candidates through various job boards, events and career fairs.
• Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews.
• Assist with maintaining recruiting reports with accurate updates.
• Attend recruiting events and represent the brand positively.
• Assist with applicant flow and dispositioning candidates through Workday ATS.
• Document offers, background checks, onboarding and new hire forms.
• Communicate with candidates after offer acceptance through Day 1.
• Enhance employment brand messaging and collateral.
• Create and maintain an active social media presence for recruitment.
• Perform other duties as required.
