Job summary

Bridgewater Bank is seeking a Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment across the organization, partnering with the Senior Recruiter and HR leadership to attract top talent and ensure a positive candidate experience.

The role covers intake, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation, while maintaining data in UKG and contributing to employer branding and compliance. The position requires strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings.
• Experience hiring for a variety of roles; knowledge of recruiting tools and social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Build a strong talent pipeline using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand role requirements, market trends, and compensation guidance.
• Ensure timely communication and a positive experience for all candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records in UKG Applicant Tracking System and provide regular HR leadership updates.
• Support employer branding through social media, events, and partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
