Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings.
  • Experience hiring for a variety of roles; knowledge of recruiting tools and social platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Partner with hiring leaders to understand role requirements, market trends, and compensation guidance.
  • Ensure timely communication and a positive experience for all candidates throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate records in UKG Applicant Tracking System and provide regular HR leadership updates.
  • Support employer branding through social media, events, and partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

Job description

Reporting to the Senior Recruiter, the Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles across the organization. This position partners closely with hiring leaders, the Senior Recruiter, and HR leadership to attract top talent, execute the hiring process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Talent Sourcing: The use of job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and provide guidance on market trends, compensation, and candidate availability.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure timely communication and a positive experience for all candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (UKG) and provide regular updates and metrics to HR leadership.
  • Employer Branding: Support initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice through social media, events, and partnerships.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and employment laws.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Success in hiring for a variety of roles.
  • Knowledge of recruiting tools, ATS systems, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

The typical annual base pay range for this role is between $72,700 - $86,500. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
