Job summary

JND is seeking a Recruiter for full cycle recruiting supporting mid to senior-level requisitions at Samsung Electronics America. In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and use tools like Workday and LinkedIn to attract top talent.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of recruiting experience and a Bachelor’s degree. Benefits include medical insurance, 401(k), and potential for H1B/Green Card sponsorship.

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant Recruiting experience (Required).
Highly proficient at finding hard-to-find talent through LinkedIn.
Experience with recruiting tools including ATS, CRM, Referrals, etc.
Proven experience partnering with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Execute full cycle recruiting against strategic mid to senior-level requisitions.
Interview and evaluate candidates using behavior-based assessment techniques.
Present pre-screened candidates to management utilizing a consistent process.
Consult with Hiring Manager to create competitive offers leveraging tools.

Skills

5+ years of relevant Recruiting experience

Highly proficient at finding talent through LinkedIn

Experience with recruiting tools including ATS, CRM

Proven experience partnering with internal stakeholders
