Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 10+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, 2+ years of management/executive level recruitment preferred.
• In-depth recruiting and sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrable track record to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions.
• Knowledge of marketing/sourcing techniques including lead generation, internet, cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Develop an impactful sourcing strategy across multi-channel searches.
• Telephone interview and evaluate candidates using consistent templates and processes.
• Present pre-screened candidates to management.
• Demonstrate diversity awareness in sourcing practices.
• Collaborate with HM, HRBP, and compensation to build competitive offers.
