Samsung Electronics America, Inc. is seeking a seasoned recruiter to join a dynamic team of recruiting professionals focused on both technical and non-technical roles within the digital advertising space.

You will own full-cycle recruiting for mid-to-senior level roles, partner with hiring managers, and lead talent acquisition strategies, including diverse-sourcing, effective candidate experiences, and competitive offer negotiation.

Qualifications

5–10 years recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a corporate environment.
Experience recruiting in digital advertising and related spaces.
Ability to manage 20+ requisitions concurrently.
Experience handling immigration, relocation and complex offers.
Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Full cycle recruiting for mid to senior level roles in the Advertising space.
Be a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR teammates; lead technical talent acquisition.
Identify, screen and present top candidates using sourcing strategies and networks.
Evaluate candidates, prepare write-ups, and present accurately.
Negotiate offers and close candidates in a competitive market.
Build diverse pipelines and champion inclusive recruitment practices.
Coach stakeholders and maintain exceptional candidate experiences.
