Job summary

Samsung C&T America, Inc. is seeking an HR Associate to lead Talent Acquisition and recruitment, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire qualified candidates. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, source candidates through multiple channels, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding and employer branding initiatives.

The role also covers HR operations, employee relations, and maintaining confidential records while ensuring compliance with U.S. employment laws.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of HR experience with strong Talent Acquisition/recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
• Strong candidate sourcing and relationship-building; LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with hiring managers and candidates.
• Working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in a Korean/Asian company and bilingual Korean/English proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: manage full-cycle recruitment, postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and pre-employment activities; partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and attract qualified candidates.
• Onboarding & Employer Branding: coordinate onboarding activities and support employer branding, including recruitment-related social media and career events.
• Other HR Responsibilities: support HR operations, employee relations, HR programs, and other initiatives; maintain confidential HR records; take on additional HR duties as needed.
