Job summary

JND Inc. in Dallas seeks Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to support mid- to senior-level hires across multiple business units. You will partner with hiring managers, HRBPs, and recruiters to craft targeted search strategies, source passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, and manage candidate screening, interviews, and offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years in recruiting support with high-volume interview scheduling; Recruiter/Sourcer: 5–10 years in a staffing agency or corporate recruiting function.
• Highly proficient at finding hard-to-find and passive talent through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems (Workday preferred), referrals programs, and staffing software.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws, government regulations, and recruiting best practices.
• Proven track record of delivering qualified, vetted candidates and partnering with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong computer skills including MS Excel and Outlook; experience creating reports in Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong customer service orientation; ability to handle sensitive and confidential data.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to influence and navigate organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Full-Cycle Recruiting: Partner with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and build candidate search strategies; Execute search strategies across LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, CRM, direct sourcing; Conduct candidate screens and present slate reports; Consult on offer construction using compensation tools and market intelligence; Act as subject matter expert on competitor dynamics; Drive diversity recruitment and compliant interviewing.
