We seek a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across leadership, mid- to early-career roles, partnering with hiring managers to assess, present, and negotiate offers while driving efficient processes.

The role emphasizes candidate experience, legal compliance, and proactive sourcing in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

10+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
2+ years of management/executive level recruitment preferred.
Experience recruiting across leadership to early-career roles.
Strong sourcing techniques including internet, cold calling, and multi-channel strategies.
Knowledge of EEO and AA guidelines; compliant recruiting practices.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; well-organized and driven.

Aufgaben

Develop and execute impactful sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
Conduct telephone interviews and evaluate candidates using consistent templates.
Present pre-screened candidates to management and manage the offer process.
Negotiate offers, coordinate closing, and assist with salary reference points.
Collaborate with hiring managers, HRBP, and partners to build competitive offers.
Maintain positive candidate relationships and ensure a positive interview experience.
Drive process improvements and enhancements to recruiting services.
