Job summary

Transform9 is hiring a full‑cycle Recruiter to own the entire hiring process for go-to-market, engineering, and operations as we scale. You’ll build a hiring machine, partner with founders and leaders, and drive rapid yet thoughtful growth from our Birmingham, AL office.

You will manage sourcing, screening, interview loops, offers, and onboarding, while advancing candidate experience and data-driven hiring metrics in a fast-paced startup milieu.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience hiring for technical and GTM roles.
• Experience recruiting in an early-stage startup environment.
• Fluency with recruiting systems, including ATS, interview scheduling tools, scorecard workflows, and reporting dashboards.
• Demonstrated sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter; Boolean search a plus.
• Structured interviewing and candidate assessment experience.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Own requisitions end-to-end: sourcing, screening, structured interviews, offer, onboarding handoff.
• Build proactive sourcing pipelines for hard-to-fill roles (enterprise sales, healthcare integration engineering).
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, scorecards, and interview loops.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience at startup speed.
• Track and improve hiring metrics: pipeline conversion, time-to-fill, source effectiveness.
• Promote the Transform9 employer brand through channels and local networks.
