The role requires urgency, experience hiring technical product teams, and the ability to balance speed with quality. You’ll expand our network and influence the recruiting process as we scale.

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced startups.
• Experience hiring for GTM & Ops roles, technical product environments.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring for GTM and Ops roles at Blacksmith.
• Build outbound sourcing from scratch with research-driven approaches.
• Partner with founders to define what exceptional talent looks like and hiring standards.
• Manage hiring process with urgency to balance quality and speed.
• Advise the business on market trends and talent opportunities/challenges.
• Grow network and brand to engage passive candidates and long-term pipelines.
