Job summary

D&M Leasing is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring across corporate offices, dealerships, and affiliated companies. This role manages full-cycle recruiting, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source qualified candidates, and guide from outreach through offer.

This on-site position requires prior multi-location recruiting, ability to juggle 5+ requisitions, and proactive pipeline building.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing experience across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting tools.
• Experience using LinkedIn and Indeed to identify and engage candidates.
• Ability to independently manage multiple locations and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions across corporate departments, dealerships, and affiliated companies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and candidate qualifications.
• Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and support the offer process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Attend career fairs and recruiting events as needed.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to support hiring initiatives across multiple locations.
