OAI1000OAND is seeking an Automotive Group Recruiting Assistant Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting for dealership roles, including sales, service and technician positions. You will coordinate onboarding and streamline the hiring process to move candidates swiftly to start.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-time recruiting experience in a multi-location organization.
• Automotive dealership recruiting experience is a plus.
• Organized, proactive, professional, and capable in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
• This is an hourly position with a compensation range of $50K-$60K.

Responsibilities

• Hold intake calls with hiring managers to define each role, its must-haves and the hiring timeline.
• Write, post, sponsor and refresh job ads across job boards and social channels.
• Prescreen candidates with structured questions and move qualified people forward quickly.
• Schedule and coordinate onsite and final interviews with hiring teams.
• Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles such as technicians and sales managers.
• Extend offers, and keep candidates informed and engaged from first contact to start date.
• Support locations in planning staffing needs across locations.
• Track hiring metrics, such as time to fill, time spent per hire, offer acceptance and 90-day retention.
• Find and lead improvements that cut manual work, such as e-signatures and automated reminders.
• Keep hiring practices fair, consistent and compliant with employment law.
