Job summary

D&M Leasing is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts across our corporate offices, dealerships, and affiliated companies. This position will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, partnering directly with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source qualified candidates, and manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proactive candidate sourcing and outreach.
• Experience using ATS and sourcing platforms including LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions across corporate departments, dealerships, and affiliated companies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate qualifications.
• Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and support the offer process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Attend career fairs and recruiting events as needed.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to support hiring initiatives across multiple locations.

This position will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, partnering directly with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source qualified candidates, and manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting multiple departments or locations
• Strong sourcing experience across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting tools, with the ability to speak to specific sourcing strategies and results
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and Indeed to identify, connect with, and engage both active and passive candidates
• Experience supporting multiple locations and hiring managers, balancing different hiring needs and priorities
• Ability to independently manage 5+ active requisitions simultaneously while maintaining consistent communication and follow-through
• Proactive and organized, with the ability to build candidate pipelines rather than relying solely on inbound applications

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Demonstrated experience with proactive candidate sourcing and outreach
• Experience using an ATS and recruiting platforms, including LinkedIn and Indeed
• Ability to independently manage multiple open positions and competing priorities
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working directly with hiring managers at different levels of the organization
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Reliable transportation to the assigned Fort Worth or Dallas office and occasional recruiting events

Work Location & Schedule

This is a 100% on-site position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates may be based out of either our Fort Worth or Dallas office.
