D&M Leasing is seeking a skilled Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting across corporate offices, dealerships, and affiliated companies in the Fort Worth and Dallas area. You will source, screen, and present qualified candidates; coordinate interviews; and guide offers with hiring managers, building strong candidate pipelines for ongoing staffing needs.

Job description

D&M Leasing is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support hiring efforts across our corporate offices, dealerships, and affiliated companies. This position will manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, partnering directly with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source qualified candidates, and manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through offer acceptance.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable managing multiple priorities, takes initiative in finding talent, and can work independently while collaborating with a recruiting team.

Our Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate brings hands-on recruiting experience with commission sales positions and is confident managing the full recruitment process, not just reviewing incoming applications.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting multiple departments, locations, and commission sales positions.
• Strong sourcing experienceacross platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruiting tools, with the ability to speak to specific sourcing strategies and results.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and Indeedto identify, connect with, and engage both active and passive candidates.
• Experience supporting multiple locations and hiring managers, balancing different hiring needs and priorities.
• Ability to independently manage 5+ active requisitionssimultaneously while maintaining consistent communication and follow-through.
• Proactive and organized, with the ability to build candidate pipelines rather than relying solely on inbound applications.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for positions across corporate departments, dealerships, and affiliated companies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate qualifications.
• Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and support the offer process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
• Attend career fairs and recruiting events as needed.
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to support hiring initiatives across multiple locations.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated experience with proactive candidate sourcing and outreach.
• Experience using an ATS and recruiting platforms, including LinkedIn and Indeed.
• Ability to independently manage multiple open positions and competing priorities.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working directly with hiring managers at different levels of the organization.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned Fort Worth or Dallas office and occasional recruiting events.

This is a 100% on-site position, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Candidates may be based out of either our Fort Worth or Dallas office.
